Very large rooms with great bathrooms and air conditioners. Service in lounge was slow but seemed that way throughtout our stay everywhere. Good value for room and location pretty central able to walk to most places. Also hotel was very quiet during our stay.
When choosing to extend our stay, was told at front desk to book online for better rate then they could give me in person and could not just renew the rate we had gotten online for the first night.

I had the best stay at this hotel for the past 4 years. It's my go-to place whenever I pass through this city. The location is convenient, close to the airport and the main center. I highly recommend asking for a room on the garden side for a peaceful stay. The hotel offers good service, spacious rooms, and reasonable prices. There are various excellent restaurants and a shopping center nearby. The breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. The pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the room itself was very large and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lovely pool with a perfect temperature and it's well-maintained. The garden with a waterfall is a bonus.
Nothing, it was perfect.

The location is magnificent and perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from an equestrian statue. The room is a nice size, beautifully decorated comes with the coffee, bottles of still water and absolutely phenomenal views of Buenos Aires. Excellent service, the breakfast was large and excellent and they have free parking if needed.

We recently stayed at the Emperador Hotel for our visit to BA and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants and attractions. The facilities were elegant and modern, and our room had a stunning view of the harbor. The staff was attentive and helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt safe and secure with the hotel's visible security measures. We will definitely choose the Emperador for our next visit.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Luxurious, excellent service, large comfortable rooms with all the facilities one would expect in this type of hotel.
High prices even by Buenos Aires standards (eg bottle of mineral water £6.00, small draught beer £5.50).

I liked very much the location, you can walk from the hotel to Recoleta, Calle Florida, etc. Large rooms, very good linnens,
The hotel is not unexpensive and you also have to pay for internet. The breakfaast is very expensive for what you recieve. you can walk around the hotel and find nice places to have breakfast.
